1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your profile, CV, or any personal information through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information.

2. Data Collection & Use

Harvinn collects the personal information you provide — including your name, email address, phone number, current role, skills, LinkedIn profile, and CV — for the following purposes:

Evaluating your suitability for current or future job openings
Matching your profile with opportunities at client organizations
Contacting you regarding relevant career opportunities
Maintaining a talent database for recruitment purposes

Your data will not be used for any purpose other than recruitment and talent placement activities.

3. Consent to Share with Partner Companies

By submitting your profile or job application, you explicitly consent to Harvinn sharing your personal information and CV with:

Client organizations and partner companies seeking to fill relevant positions
Authorized Harvinn consultants and recruitment team members
Third-party background verification agencies, where applicable and with prior notice

Harvinn will exercise due diligence in sharing your information only with reputable organizations and will not sell your data to any third party for commercial purposes unrelated to recruitment.

4. Accuracy of Information

By submitting your profile, you declare that:

All information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge
The CV and documents submitted belong to you and relate to your own professional history
You are not misrepresenting your qualifications, experience, or identity
You will promptly notify Harvinn of any changes to your submitted information

Harvinn reserves the right to disqualify any candidate found to have submitted false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Harvinn accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the candidate.

5. CV & Document Storage

Your CV and any uploaded documents are stored securely on encrypted format. Access is restricted to authorized Harvinn personnel only. Documents are not publicly accessible and are protected by access controls.

Harvinn takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and Harvinn cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Confidentiality

Harvinn treats all submitted profiles and CVs as confidential. Your information will not be shared with any organization without your prior consent, except as described in Section 3. Harvinn's team members are bound by confidentiality obligations regarding candidate data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Harvinn acts as a recruitment intermediary and does not guarantee employment or placement. Harvinn shall not be held liable for:

Any failure to secure employment or placement for a candidate
Decisions made by client organizations regarding hiring
Any loss or damage arising from inaccurate information submitted by the candidate
Technical issues, data loss, or interruptions in service beyond Harvinn's reasonable control

8. Data Retention

Your profile and CV will be retained in our talent database for a period of 24 months from the date of submission, unless you request earlier deletion. After this period, your data will be securely deleted unless you have been placed or are actively engaged in a recruitment process.

9. Withdrawal of Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent and request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid request, Harvinn will delete your profile and CV from its systems within 7 business days.
